STARCOIN GROUP (00399.HK) announced that it has signed its first memorandum of understanding with Supernova, aiming to establish a framework for developing and managing blockchain-based systems and related token issuance in accordance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations; and to act as Supernova's designated representative for institutional collaboration projects related to AQP functional water technology and the relevant biotechnology owned by Supernova.
