The project was signed on October 9 and commenced construction 18 days later, once again setting a new record for the "Yichang speed" in major project construction. The total investment for the Yichang project is 24.2 billion yuan, which will establish a full industrial chain base for intelligent lithium batteries and a zero-carbon park project, marking Envision's 14th production base globally.
