Recently, Hong Kong media reported that JD.com has acquired Hong Kong's Jia Bao Supermarket, with the signing of the agreement completed about four months ago, and the transaction price reaching HKD 4 billion. In response, JD.com stated, "The content of the leaked information differs significantly from the actual situation, and please refer to the information officially released by JD.com for future updates."
