Alphabet (GOOG.US) subsidiary Google lost its appeal in an antitrust lawsuit filed by game developer Epic Games. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit rejected Google's appeal on Thursday, meaning Google will be forced to comprehensively reform its operational policies for the Google Play app store.
