Citi released a report stating that Kingdee International (00268.HK) subsidiary Hongjin Investment increased its stake in Yunzhijia by 68.25 million RMB. After the acquisition is completed, Yunzhijia will become a subsidiary of Kingdee. Yunzhijia was originally owned by Kingdee, which sold it in 2016.
The report indicated that Kingdee believes the benefits of acquiring Yunzhijia include a unified AI portal that deepens Kingdee's AI-first strategy; strengthening its SaaS ecosystem and subscription-first strategy, and collaboratively providing a full suite of products for Kingdee's customers
