微信支付官宣 “外包內用” 服務升級，新增多家境外機構錢包

WeChat Pay officially announced the upgrade of its "outsource internal use" service. WeChat Pay HK, HiPay, Liquid Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Zalo Pay will successively connect to the "cross-border QR code unified gateway," and several other payment service providers have completed the signing of cooperation memorandums.
